VPN need source path

I have a VPN that I need to install for my wife for work.
I am on FC1 and the VPN software from CISCO requeries that I have access to the source code.
BUT, I can't find the source code on my system. /usr/src is empty...I did an upgrade from RH9 via Yum and probably did it all with RPM's.

So, how do I find and dl the Source code so that I can finish this install?

TIA...Frog
