If you mean .doc files which are created by Microsoft Word, there are certain apps that can work with Word documents. However, it depends on the version of Word that was used to create the doc.

scorpians4ever (what's with the eddy av?
) is correct. the programs to do this is either staroffice or openoffice. the newest versions should be able to read/open word .doc files created by word 2000 fine. any doc created on a higher version of word is suspect and probably won't open correctly if at all.http://wwws.sun.com/software/star/staroffice/ http://www.openoffice.org
