    Smile sed help please !!!!!!!!!!!!!


    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me how to combine two conditions on sed command.. I mean, I want to make some changes on all the lines starting with "GRAM" but not on the lines starting with "GRAMMAR" in a file.
    please help me..

    the regexp: /GRAM/ matches GRAM and GRAMMAR everywhere in the line
    the regexp: /^GRAM/ matches GRAM and GRAMMAR at line begin
    the regexp: /^GRAM\>/ matches GRAM at line begin
    the regexp: /\<GRAM\>/ matches GRAM everywhere in the line
