    TCSH Help

I'm using TCSH and I'm having some trouble with one of the exercises in my textbook. Assuming that I'm currently in the directory "users/hq/sbane/", I want to create a command string that will list ALL of the file entries in this directory with a last modification date of September 20. Oh, and I MUST use grep in the command.

What command string would I use?

I'm thinking along the lines of:

    Code:
ls -al | grep "Sep 20"
    But this does not work.

Any hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    How does it not work?
The moon on the one hand, the dawn on the other:
The moon is my sister, the dawn is my brother.
The moon on my left and the dawn on my right.
My brother, good morning: my sister, good night.
