Can't Get The Help Library To Install In Visual Basic 6.0
Hi
Can someone please help me I have Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 professional Edition. It has came with 3 disks as follows: Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 disk 1 Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 disk 2 Microsoft Visual J++ 6.0 The problem is I installed the first disk which contains Visual Basic 6.0, but when using it and tring to access the help library I can't a window pops up saying that "The msdn collection does not exist please reinstall msdn". WHen I installed the first disk after installation it asked me to reboot the PC, after doing this a window appeared asking for me to locate the Microsoft Developer Network Disk 1. I just kept the first disk in and choose it through the browse option but it said this was invalid Can someone put me on the right track I am running windows 98 s.e Many thanks Ashy |

You should have received a MSDN CD as part of the software. You can probably find an older copy on Ebay or somewhere, or you can subscribe to Microsoft's MSDN library.

Should actually be 2 CDs for the MSDN collection (It is over 1 gig in size.)
The entire VS6.0 should be 5 CDs in all. |
