Clean The Form

Do you have some code or a function that I can use to clean a form in Excel (type of pre-invoice), that when is printed, the user get a question, if he wants to prepare another pre-invoice, then if he answer yes, all the information he entered from the previous one, will be cleared, to avoid any mistakes.
I still in the process of learning this langage, that's why, I still some help.

Thanks

Fernando
