COM+ on Windows98
Thanks Doug G.
I guess I should have been clear in my query. Actually the question should've been more like this: Can someone help me figure out how to deploy/install an .msi on a Win9x client. The answer is, first when setting up the export file be sure to Export as a Application Proxy rather then the default Application Server. Then once you've created a .msi file execute/run it on a Win9x machine. For some Win95 machines you'll need to download the InstMsiA.exe or MSI installer file. http://download.microsoft.com/downl...US/InstMsiA.exe |
