Converting .xtg tags to html (Used to be: Need help!)

I have a .xtg file(it is a file generate by XPress Tags for QuarkXPress).I want to convert the tags from this file in Html tags.
Could anyone tell me, how can I do that?It 's urgent!
Exemple of a .xtg file:

First of all read How to post a question

Secondly, why cant you just read in the file and then use either Replace to convert the XPress Tags or with things like <cMf"CourierNewPSMT"> use Regular Expressions. There is a regular expression add-in you can use.
