creating forms in VB for excel

I have created a register in excel which looks something like

Day In Out Hours spent Cost

Monday 3:15 18:00 3.00

...

so on for the rest of week

I want to accomplish 3 things

1. at the end of the week a bill is produced could be merged with word.

2. a log if paid or not

3. a Visual basic/Form front end.

What do you think. It has taken me months just to be able to input time in and out and calculate time spent convert to decimal and calculate cost. I am an absolute beginner.
