Error while installing package generated by VB 6

Dear All,

I generated a package in vb6.

When I tried to install it on my client's Pc it gives error

A message prior to this error was :

Copying files please stand by.
Processing msvbvm60.dll (7 of 7)

Then message appears as:

"System cannot complete set up becausesome system files are out of date on your system.

Click Ok to set up to update these files for you.

What can be reason for this ?

Newer versions

Sounds like there is a newer version of the file that setup is trying to copy over. If setup automatically will update those for you then there shouldn't be any problem. Or you could just package the application with the new version of the file.

What service pack are you using for VB?
You might want to get the latest one (SP5 I believe) and rebuild the package. Another thing I found is that you might want to install the latest service pack for the OS that you are using to build the packages with.
