Question Faster response to click event

Hi

I made an image control to work as a button, so when the image is click or the mouse is down, the picture changes to a highlighted button and when the mouse is up the picture changes back to it's default picture.

It's actually working fine, but when I click the mouse fast, the image control seems not to respond or there is a delay.

Any suggestion on how to make it respond quickly, eventhough the user clicks fast?

Make sure your images are already loaded into memory and you are not constantly reading them from disk...

Good Luck
