I do have the 'Parallel Port Complete' book with me now. And i've found that the source code is provided at the last chapter. The file is transferred by using nibble (4 bits) from data port and read by status port. However, i don't know how to create the 'form' even though source code is provided. Can anyone help me? I will send the source code to you. Thanks!
