Question Having problems with arrays and logic
I am just getting (well trying to get started) started using VB.net., but can't get off square one. I have attached a PDF describing what my goal is. If someone is willing to help me out, I promise to help the next guy (after I learn what I'm doing). My experience s far has been a little fortran and a little C.
