how to get the windows and ICQ directory?

i need to know how to get the windows and ICQ directory for a program can somebody help me with that?
how do i do it in VB6?
plz help me

Where?

I found to windows...
but how can I locate the ICQ directory (where the ICQ is installed)

U can find it in the register:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\ICQ...
The key value is the icq install directory..
