How to have VB figure which toolbars are visible, hide them then show again later.

I'm trying to have VB determine which toolbars are visible in Excel so they can be hidden or disabled when a form initializes, then have the exact same ones turned back on again when the form is closed. I've tried several options, but nothing seems to be even close to working.
