Instancing Property of Class.

Can any one plz tell me the difference b/w instancing properties of a class.

I cannot understand the practical usage PublicNotCreatable, SingleUse, MultiUse and GlobalMultiuse.

I have always used Multiuse which is the default.

A detailed explaination along with practical implication is urgently required.
