Newbie question on forms in Excel VB

Sorry for the very basic question, but I can't find an answer in the help.

I made a form with buttons, text boxes, etc. but can't see how I can tell VB to open the form.

Can anyone please tell me the magic incantation to:

a: open the form
b: read and write to the widgets on the form

One other basic question. How do I change the label on a button on a form?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Howard
