Open popups

What can i say ... i know vb lol but theres a problem that i really dont understand ..
i projected a web broswer securised under vb , but i have problem with popups that aint open or open and u cant see form to close'em from button .. dunno , its possible that page thats running in my broswer with javascript code to do not allow those ? or i need a code that solve this

Thx its ok i agree i were sux or it were a bad day i fix it there was the problem that when u select the popup or something u get control over the computer , my browser its secured for bornes and kiosk , and allow u to access taskbar from when u select a popup i fix it anyway and thx alot
PS: i had 2 chose from 2 method -> one to modify the cod n block that with flashes over 1 milisecond over the taskbar
or 2nd to make taskbar dissapear from registry
