Other browsers in vs and waiting for page to load.

I have visual studio 11 and am creating a program that will open a desired webpage and log in with desired credentials. my question is how do i use a different base browser then the one it gives me by default in studio? like internet explorer 9 or firefox. also what is the best way to have the webpage loaded before your command is executed. ( i want to make sure page is loaded before it tries to enter user name / password.) Thank you for any help!
