Overwriting headers

Hi team,
I believe this is simple enough to automate, but I need help penning the code.

I have a series of Excel files, one for each calendar year.
e.g.,
1990 AB.xlsx
1991 AB.xlsx
1992 AB.xlsx
1993 AB.xlsx

And I want them all to have the exact same header line that is in another file (headers.xlsx).
The headers are to overwrite the header line that’s already in each file.

So, from “headers.xlsx” I want A1 through BE1 pasted into those same cells in each calendar year file.

Can this be done?
