Package and Deployment Wizard

I would like to create a "rule" that places the .exe of my program in the startup menu so when the user installs my application. Then, next time he/she logs on, my program will start automatically. Anyone know how to do this?

U can change install program which have this custom function like install shield or setupfactory..The MS vb installer is too simply!
