Pause for user input

How do I code a pause in an Excel macro (VB) so that after it takes the user to another worksheet, it pauses and allows one scroll and select a cell and then copies that cell to the originating worksheet cell after the return key is pressed?

popup a userform with a select range text box on it, i reckon
