I don't seem to be able to do it. Does anything need to be running on the server side?

Where do I place the cab file? It just doesn't work.

I always thought you had to be running things like the Frontpage Server Extensions.
Maybe I'm wrong, anyone else know for sure.

Frontpage server extentions are installed, still not working.
