    Reading A Combo Box Value In Excel VBA


    Is it possible to read a combo box value or index in Excel VBA?

    Of course you would just use the .Value or .ListIndex property respectively.

    That's perfect. The only problem that I have not is that both .Value and .ListIndex return the index number. I'll have to look into this further. If I figure out what I'm doing wrong I'll post to the thread.

    I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was using a ComboBox from the "Forms" toolbar. Using the ComboBox from the "Control Toolbox" corrected the problem.
