SSTab resizing

hi,
I have a SSTab control with MSFlexGrids and Buttons on the different tabs.
When I resize the whole thing in Form_Resize some of the tabs show controls that are placed on other tabs!

The resizing envolves resizing and moving of each individual control on each tab.
