If i set Form.Scalemode=millimeter and then, for example, set picturebox.top=17 then the topvalue of the pictureox becomes 17,004. Why 17,004 and not 17??
I´m trying to do a dot-diagram(labels or pictureboxes as the dots), and the position of every dot must have the exact value as i want them to have.
