I am using Flexgrid in VB6 I want to Dispaly three columns EmployeID and No. of Days worked and No. of Hours worked, out of these three columns last 2 columns are not there in the table how to add these columns at the run time?

To answer your question:
Don't bind the resultset to the control, cycle through the resultset and add each row individually along with the extra columns that you want to add.
