Vb .dll

hey guys - I have never written or called a dll in my life - but my boss wants me to write an ADO dll that can be called and passed parameters as to the connectionstring, timeout, sql string, possible stored proc params, and the like. Can anyone help me - I know I can program it, but I just can't find any good resources on coding .dll's in VB

If you're using VB6, there is a .dll tutorial in the MS documentation, and many more out on the web.
