VBA-EXCEL help required!

A detail algorithm includes a description of the code, the purpose of the code, and each logical commenting of the CODE. You will be evaluated:
your code must be properly written and fully commented.

code must contain the the use of arrays.

functions that will accept one or more arguments.

Provide a brief summary of how the function is to be used within an excel spreadsheet.

this is what i am required to do and i don't have any time for lengthy tutorial the project is due MIDNIGHT!(i know lazy me), I just want an example that i can work off. If somebody can show what one of these 'algorithms' is supposed to look like I can do the rest myself! THANK YOU!
