Video Conference over Network
I want to write a video conference program which would
work between pcs on a local network in our building and other warehouses in the uk which are on a wan 128k IP Network. !!Not over the internet!! It must alow for good 2way speach. and video (the video does not need to be high quality or frame rate). and or typed messages. a bit like netmeeting. It would be in VB6. It would be based on ip addresses. What controls are there in vb6 for this sort of work. ? would it be a good idea to have a server program running ?. Any pointers would be of help Thanks. Nick

You've obviously tried using the Windows Multimedia API. This allows you to add wave audio, AVI video, multimedia timers and MIDI music to your applications. I wish you well.
