Word Macro

Can anyone help?

Basically, what I need to do is create an ‘instance of’ macro for a template.

I need to create a macro that sits on the toolbar and when executed brings up a window. In that new window I would like to be able to input data. The data will be both free text and combo boxes. I can do all of this fine, but what I am having trouble with is the ‘instance of’ part.

I would like the data to automatically populate a word document. In one document there might only be need to enter 3 sets of data and in another there might he 10, so in effect I would be pressing the macro button 1…n times and I am not sure if I can set up the word document to record data like this??? Can anyone help???
