You simply create an SQL statement:
"INSERT INTO " & TableName & "(" _
& FieldList & ") VALUES(" & ValueList & ");"
and execute it. There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of examples on the internet.

SQL stands for Structured Query Language, and is used by many different database engines including Access. It is not limited to MS SQL Server. If you have Access 2013, then you are already using SQL whenever you create a query. Once you create a query, there is a menu option to view the SQL statement that performs the query that you just created. I often create the query in Access, then copy and modify the SQL statement that it provides. It is by far the simplest way to do what you are asking, to the extent that I cannot even advise you on other ways.
