adding sound files to wml?

Discuss adding sound files to wml? in the WAP Programming forum on Dev Shed.
adding sound files to wml? WAP Programming forum discussing development for wireless technologies including WAP and WML. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and Wireless Markup Language (WML) are usually used to provide content to cell phones.

adding sound files to wml?
is it possiable to add sound to wml files?

such as if i wanted to create a wml card as a menu for users to select a tone for the mobile?? or else to change the volume settings etc?

if any one ahs any ideas please do tell! thanks

it's not possible to use sounds in wml.

if you want users to be able to preview a tone then you'll need to go into digital rights management to allow the user to play only and not save the item.
