Cell Area Info
Hello everybody,
sorry for my english, but I just want to know is it possible to get a some kind of message in WAP depened on cell area info. Example, if I`m in the center of city and there is a cell area info of center how to get a message like You are in center of the city. I`m not good in WAP programming but I just want to know is that possible to do with cell area info so if I will learn it.
