disapearing form items with nokia

Hi ya all
im having probs sorting this major cross mobile compatibitly problem. On the first page of my wap site i have a login form. but for some reason the form iself don't wanna appear on nokia handsets or the emulator but it appears on the open wave emulator and open wave browser phones (my one is a samsung).

really really odd i took google's wap homepage source that also has a form item on (the search field). placed it on my site to test if it was my wap code and it also did the same. leading me to believe that my server settings are incorrect. though the text and other items on the wap pages are still displayed.

any ideas?

In order to help you ot atleast try to help. please post your code here...

You must first configure your servers .htaccess file with the correct MIME types eg (AddType text/vnd.wap.wml wml)
See WAP forum for information on this. If you are using PHP to generate pages you must also change the PHP CONFIG file to display in WML rather than standard HTML.

The reason your site works on a wap emulator is because your pages are not being sent through a WAP gateway, instead what is happening is the emulator substitutes WML TAGS for HTML tags to load the page. Its good practice therefore to test your mobile applications on a mobile phone as you are developing.

To help you futher I would need to see your source code, so please post it.
