File Browser
Hey.
I wanna build a WAP-site that I can log into with a user name and password that shows a browser that allows me to download files to my phone. Like mp3s midi-files etc. The browser could look like the text-ftp that's shown in internet explorer when "folder view" is disabled. How can this be done?

i'd say do it with php and mysql but that's my answer o most things....
you can use existing open source scripts like wapbuddy to show the files and sizes like in explorer and the registration / authentication stuff can easily be taken from existing scripts. saying that most new phones support http authentication so that side of things could be done through .htaccess hth
