Help me to start a site
Hello members
I want to start site for mobile's media My site contain: Ringtone I want that i generate Scratch Card no. or people directly buy through Credit Card or other method of payments. When our customers enter into their account and select any thing for sending into their mobiles then mobile receive SMS for url of that media he/she select but not direct link .. and also link expired in limited no. of days ... Please suggest me what is the best cheap sms portal and what website/Web management system i use for this purpose .. Thanks in advance

Well, the best way is to learn a language, such as Python or PHP, learn some WML and make your own portal, instead of using a premade one. It would probably be cheaper for you to make your own then using a premade one, if a premade one exists.
