Help with Setting Up Downloads

Hi. I'm trying to set up a very simple page so that I can transfer ringtones from my computer to my phone (yes, buying a cable would be easier). I have no knowledge of wap programming. I tried just making a web page, and the phone could view it, but when I clicked on the file it tried to open it rather than download it, and so it just gave an error message. From a previous thread, I got the impression I need a script of some sort. Can anyone point me to an example script, or suggest any other way of accomplishing this? I don't use sprint, so the "streetainment" uploading tool does not work for me. Thanks for your help.

I found an excellent site called Zedge (http://www.zedge.no/). It allows you to upload images, ringtones etc. and download them on your phone via wap.
