How it Work? Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit
now i try to use the Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit (NMIT), using hte Apache server, then i using the NMIT to create a simple wml file save as 1.wml then i use the NMIT simulator to open the file by typing the http://localhost/1.wml why it will not display the page?

Probably a syntax error somewhere - do you have Apache configure to accept WML?

You save the file as 1.wml, but do you save it in the htdocs directory of Apache? Is Apache active and on port 80 (it starts on 8080 by default)? Can you get index.html from Apache? Check that first, and then let us know more specifically what the error is.

yes i tried. u type the http://localhost/index.htm in IE then it will display the html file for me. But when i type http://localhost/1.wml then it will prompt out a window call me to save or open the file.
My error is i using the Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit (NMIT) to create the 1.wml file then open with the NMIT Simulator it did not work by typing the address http://localhost/1.wml

Still cannot
i save the file that u give me in the roo directory called phpweb. then i try to browse in the nokia mobile browser it not work. It said "Cannot load http://localhost/welcome.wml (HTTP Error 502 Bad Gateway)

However, i upload the file to My website. then i open the Nokia Gateway Simulator and use the Nokia Mobile browser to link to http://www.geocities.com/my_superman2004/welcome.wml it is work well. Is it mean my Apache Webserver got problems?

Is there a problem with the phone?
Can you get to any mobile sites on your phone? It sounds like your phone may not have a gateway configured. Test it by going to chiralsoftware.net, for example.

sorry i not using the real phone to test it, i using the nokia simulator to test it. Now i can view the webpage that i upload to internet through the simulator (with the Gateway opened). But i cant use my Apache server to view the webpage from the root directory called phpweb through my simulator.
Please teel me abou the Apache server.
I think the Apache server got something wrong.
I have configure it with:

Nokia internet toolkit for DRM
I trying creating DRM content by using this toolkit but not sure what should i fill in Content ID field.is it the location of content or it can be anything unique


i'm not able to preview the DRM content not sure if any emulator is freely availalble please suggest if any is there

if anybody about any free DRM portal please let me know
