how wap on gprs?

if mobile service provider can provide gprs then how can wap be implemented i.e wml pages hosted on my server and accessed through mobiles taking service from the msp(mobile service prov.)

is it possible?

i also want to update database at the server after the mobile user replies to the wml page questions?
e.g status of some job?
if job completed he will be asked to enter '1' else '0'
this '1' needs to be stored at the server.

the main question is that is it possible to do it over gprs how?
i have some hint that it is feasible. but not how.
