Is mobile application behaves similar in all countries

I developed a mobile application , which is working fine in india on nokia 6100, but it is not working properly in france. So i don't find any reason to change the code and do something different with application. The url of application is

please help me to sort out this problem.

it contains following link

search
inbox
my contacts
invite_contects

also it contains
proile
for profile of searched person
send message
to your contacts
etc.
