YoSpace
There's Windows, Linux and Mac versions available of the YoSpace Developer Edition of the SmartPhone Emulator.
http://www.yospace.com/spede.html A cracking bit of software, expensive but fantastic!

If you are developing primarily for use in the US...you might consider using mostly xhtml... there is very little call for WAP and WML here in the states...
all the newer phones and smart phone browsers will handle xhtml I am in the process of converting all my WAP files to xhtml including dynamic php applications... FWI,I have been developing wireless applications for 4 years and in my experience very few WAP enabled phone owners ever use the function or subscribe to the available services. When I started developing content applications for wireless access (4 years ago) I thought wireless web usage was about to bust out here in the states... as it turns out the US is FAR behind the rest of the world when it comes to taking advantage of wireless technology...America is just now beginning to take the mobile web seriously... and most are doing so with Smart phones and other xhtml capable devices... Good Luck |

Thanks a lot tj_nt for such a nice information. But you know i m in India. And here are still majority people using old handset.. And I want to run my application in WAP 1.0 as well as 2.0,,, Well it is but nautral that whatever will ran in 1.0 that will obviously run in 2.0 But still I am getting confused with 1.0 because I think with WAP 1.0 Javascript is not supporting. Still I am searching for that thing.
