Vertical scroll bar widths
Clearly the platform (OS) in question and the hardware (Sony, etc.) can effect the width of scrollbars...
But for Palm OS, system-defaul scrollbars the solid "thumb bar" and the patterned "scroll bar" are both 3 pixels wide (on 'normal' resolution screens) The up and down arrows are 7 pixels wide at their widest... For PocketPC OS the answer is different... and individual software may implement their own scroll bars. What are you trying to do?
