Polyponic heading
dear experts,
i had a problem that when sending a polyponic tones some phone can't receive it..is there any heading codes that can help me??  i mean that, a heading that inform the phone that its getting a midi file in wml coding.i trust this heading will help me to send polyponic tones to all kind of phones..please teach me the heading or give me an example of that kind of heading..  THANK YOU..

See this thread on Forum Nokia.
What extention have you given it? How are you generating your headers, PHP? See also this thread, may help a bit. The OP had problems from running through localhost, but this may work on a "real" server. This may help you a bit too.

thanks JAbba,
 but i still can't get it...would you please write me the coding that is telling the phones that its going to get a midi kind of file (the header) i'm realy stuck here so please help me ...

I'm using wml...but it's still ok,you give the header in php and i will try to learn how the structure going on and try ini wml..
 it's better also if you write in asp file type..now i getting overcome the problem slightly....THANKS ALOT JAbba..now my problem is the phone can't support the file if via wap push.. is there anyone who can help me?? THAnks..

In your download file / link, you would need to do something like: Code:

<% Response.ContentType = "WHATEVER THE CORRECT MIME TYPE IS" %> Then open your file

you help me alot..i will try on this and tell you later is it working or not..i hope it's work.. anyway how about the header that i asked from you..?i hope you help me also to find the solution..only samsung phones and nokia66 series accur that kind problem...i think we have to mansion 1st to the phone that we are sending a midi kind of files
