Serving WAP pages....

I've just developed my first WAP pages:
http://www.bensmyth.com/index.wml
&
http://www.bensmyth.com/indexW.php


When I type http://www.bensmyth.com/ into my phone I get an MIME error (I assume it loads index.php)

I still want to be able to serve index.php to web browsers, but would like index.wml to be served to phones.

I assume this is a .htaccess problem? (What do I need to change?)

It worked fine for me, using firefox.

Have a look at the thread I just posted earlier, may help you a bit.

Working but using WAP Emulator

to get a .wml page (index.wml) to load by default when the directory is accessed i.e., wapsite.net/
You have to add .wml to the Apache config. (same with .php)

if it is a hosted site most administrators will gladly add the extensions... this will allow the index.wml/php files to load when just the domain name is typed...

If it is on a local server just add the extensions...
