unsupported contentType ???

hi maybe someone could help me out?

im uisng Openwave 5.1 version sim as the 6.2.2 does not support wmls

but when i run the files off localhost i keep getting unsupported contentype error

the mime settings are fine:

so why do i get this errror?i have saved the files on the webapps/ROOT directory

please someone help me i have this assignemnt to give in 2mrw and i cant seemt o figure out the problem

still doesnt work! there are no errors in either files! please could someone help me out... :'(
