Upload ringtones, wallpapers to mobile phone via my own WAP Server

I have a little trouble here with the AudioVox 8190. I have my own WAP Server setted up using IIS 5.1 on a Windows XP Pro machine. The Wap server works fine and I can browse pages / contents using my phone.

The problem is I couldn't download anything onto my phone's download directory. I was wondering what do I need to do for any file on my server to be able to download onto my phone.

Or can anyone point out where the download directory is?

I can download things using my service provider's website. For example, when a ringtone has been downloaded, my phone runs a Java program and it interact with the ringtone and directs it to the download directory.

BTW, can anyone tell me anything above the java program involved with the phone.

some mobile network operators do not allow you to download content from anywhere other than their own sites, the ones that jump to mind are verizon, bell mobility and sprint pcs but there are more, that might have something to do with it

as for th java thing on the phone, no idea from me i'm afraid.

i am not sure about the java code but it seems to me that it works like the triggers in the sqlserver2000 when the file hasbeen downloaded the file names in the containing directory changes and then the code has been started some how i guess... but it is kind of wierd though!
