WAP browser on PC
Where can I test my wml script on PC? is there any IDE available which will work as mobile environment and I can see on my PC itself what I am going to see on mobile

You could download the Nokia SDK, I think that has an emulator. Alternatively, there are a few sites that offer emulation online if your files are already hosted.
Easiest option, to work in a normal browser, are to get firefox, they have extentions to view wml and xhtml mp profiles and / or SSR. Opera too has SSR and can view wml pages. Hope that helps.
