Hi,
Upload your files to a accessible location, either IP address or domain and type in your address in your phones browser... What version of Wap are you using? Most modern phones will support XHTML MP. Check out http://dev.mobi perhaps for more information.

You do not import a wap site to your phone -
you browse it like you would a normal site on a normal web browser. Do you have hosting at the moment? Check out this, bit old, but none the less - http://www.thewirelessfaq.com/ To find out what specs your phone has, check out the manufacturers pages.. |

I will explain my problem clearly. I have done an application which will retrieve the results of students. My front end is wml. And java servlet program for server side validation. I use oracle as my backend databse. Now i am using openwave simulator to test my application since all files are in my pc itself. I have to test whether this works with mobile. I have Motorola Razr v3. I found that it has WAP 2.0 browser. Should i ask customer care center to enable WAP? Since i am using tomcat, the address is http://localhost:8080/.. Will this address work on mobile? Should i connect my phone with PC ? Please help. |
