Wap Push Setup Help
Hey guys,
I'm working on a wap push project to deliver ring tones and wall paper. Problem is I don't know how best to get started.  Can anyone help me please? I've spent time setting up openwave only to findout it is not very reliable on windows xp(the only operating system I have access to).  Are there any free or affordable IDEs that are good for developing wap push on windows that anyone can recommend?  sazzie.
